This course is in two parts.


Part 1 looks at some of the skills needed to be successful in the work place.

Good communication skills, the value of positive first impressions, how to manage your time and remain motivated whilst at work. It also looks at some of the conflicts that can occur in the work place and how to solve these.


Part 2 helps you build upon your skills.

The second part of the Skills at Work course allows you to explore and develop your abilities as an effective team member, and gives you the opportunity to practice on simulated work scenarios and real case studies. With employers today looking for people with a range of key skills, who will become effective employees, this course will develop your personal and time-management skills, identify effective team working strategies and explore a range of problem-solving techniques.
