This course explores the skills and qualifications you need to plan your nursing career. It looks at the 4 different areas of nursing: Adult, Children, Mental Health and Learning Disability.

To work as a nurse, you need a degree in nursing and registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).This course will look at planning that route.  Nursing requires a high level of technical competence and clinical decision-making skills. To develop these, you'll spend half of your nursing degree on supervised placements in local hospital and community settings.
