This course is for you if you are a Fircroft student and you have successfully completed a range of courses with us, giving you support and guidance about your next steps and helping you to focus on achieving your future ambitions.

This course will give you the knowledge and skills you need to make informed decisions about your next steps after completing your learning journey with Fircroft. The course will cover a range of topics including career exploration, job search strategies, CV writing and action planning.

By the end of this Next Steps course you will know how to undertake job searches and use job seeking websites for careers information.  You will also have learnt about what employers are looking for, how to write a good CV, how to plan your next steps and what success will look like for you!
